At this event you can volunteer for a 'Three Minute Business Pitch'

This is optional, but it's your chance to take the floor and make sure everyone in the room goes away knowing exactly who you are and what your company does! email julie.barlow@wyre.gov.uk if you would like to take part.

Great networking opportunities.

 

Each Wyred Up networking meeting follows broadly the same format, with a different theme at each one. It might be funding & finance, rural matters, or how education and training can help your business to grow. You can rest assured that you'll come away having learnt something - and hopefully with business leads and new contacts!

 

At each meeting:

- you’ll hear from local high profile business speakers and learn tips and tricks to help you get ahead,
- you can access information from support agencies about grants, projects and how they can help you.

 

Wyred Up meetings are supported by business people from all over Wyre

- and from all kinds of companies.

 

You’ll regularly be able to meet:

- people from key companies like NPL Estates and Vinnolit,

- senior representatives from local agencies including Economic Development and Planning at Wyre Borough Council,

- plus all kinds of people to trade with or simply chat to and get free advice and a different viewpoint.

 

Plus of course it’s FREE attendance and a FREE buffet!

Doors open at 3pm, speakers from 4pm, buffet at 5pm.

 

The Steering Group are always on the lookout for different venues, so if you have suitable premises please get in touch.

 

Rooms to hold in excess of 100 people are ideal for the full networking meetings, but other smaller workshops and activities are held through the year for which suitable rooms are needed.
