Wyred Up will provide the information you need to qualify for Approved Tender Lists, and to supply to large local organisations such as the local authority, NHS, Pensions etc
Authorities across Lancashire are looking to procure a four year framework agreement for the provision of reactive building repairs and maintenance work to replace their existing approved supplier lists.
The framework itself will cover various categories of works such as electrical, joinery, plumbing and brickwork but to name a few, with a number of suppliers for each category, and will range from emergency call-outs to small value planned repairs.
The aim will be to split each category of work into a separate lot to enable small to medium sized organisations across Lancashire to bid for specific types of work.
As part of this procurement exercise we are holding a supplier event on Wednesday 5th October at Preston North End Football Club.
This will enable suppliers across Lancashire to attend, participate in discussions with council representatives and find out more about the work that the Lancashire authorities are undertaking.
It will also give the opportunity to learn about the councils work with both Constructionline and Due North, and give an opportunity to register free on the council’s e-tendering system The Chest.
To register for this event would you please click on the link below which will take you to the Constructionline web page
To comply with council contract procedures all goods, services and works above £10,000 must go through The Chest.
Suppliers who have already registered like its treasures as it not only opens the lid with doing business with Wyre, but also provides an opportunity to do business with all the councils in the North West.
It is FREE to register and aimed at all suppliers large or small.
